The "No-Code Ceiling": Knowing When to Hire a Developer

The biggest mistake I see startups make is trying to scale a "Vibe Code" project into a billion-dollar enterprise.

The Ceiling is Real.
Tools like Base44 and Bolt are amazing for the first 0 to 1. But they hit a ceiling:
1. **Security Compliance:** They often cannot handle SOC2 or HIPAA requirements out of the box.
2. **Database Performance:** They are not optimized for millions of rows.
3. **Spaghetti Code:** AI writes code that *works*, not code that is *maintainable*.

My Role as Your BA
My job is to tell you when we have hit the ceiling.
I help you transition from "The Prototype" (built in a week with AI) to "The Product" (built in months with engineers).
I take the logic we validated in the Vibe Coding phase and translate it into robust technical specifications for the real build.

**Don't fear the code. Just know when to stop "Vibing" and start Engineering.**
